So today was a rest day, and after our marathon trip yesterday i'm glad that i'm allowed to sleep in. Well that is if you call waking up at 7 a sleep in lol. Anyway, had a pretty slow start to the day. Went for a bit of a walk around main street to check out the shops and figure out what i'm going to buy everyone :) hehe so that was fun. Then came home and had lunch and hung around for a bit longer than in the afternoon we ventured out to 'the promenade' which is a shopping center about 45min away. Decided to use the GPS to get us there but it took us to the wrong 'promenade' and it turns out it was 45min in the complete opposite direction. so a trip that was only meant to take 3/4 of an hour ended up takin us 2hrs.... not very cool. by the time we got there, was pretty unmotivated for shoppng so attempted to remotivate myself with an icecream from moo moo's (USA's cold rock).. cookie dough, fudge and oreos... hmmmmmm... yummy.... did do a bit of shopping though. The girls all chipped in to get M&M monopoly which is pretty cool.. would have been cooler if it came with M&Ms...
then we went for dinner at a place called 'Pita Pit' its basically subway but with pita bread.. it was oh so good.. yummy. would totally go off in Aus! Whoever reads this and starts it up, i totally get a margin of the profits :P
We then went over to the lollyshop... absolutely amazing! u can even pick your own coloured M&Ms an you could buy smores.. hmm... look at the photos if ur interested :P
After the lolly shop we hit up RAVE, the cinema to see Zohan... prob one of the lamest movies i reckon i've seen in my life. ever. thanks bron for recommending it haha..
Then we pretty much headed home and fell straight to sleep..
pretty uneventful day looking back on it but hey, not everyday can be full on! Tomorrow looks like its going to be one of those days.. 100km and 5x3km efforts.. hmmmm
